She was very sad, and after that she gave birth to two other children, and she started praying to God to keep these two children for her.

Their mother used to sell cooked rice and cooked pasta, and their father took the grain trade as a profession for him until one day a large bag of grain fell on one of the father's legs, and he was severely fractured. Walking with great difficulty, Zaki was at this time a young boy in primary school, he was suffering from the bad treatment of teachers, and no one asked about him in his school or protected him from bad treatment from teachers, and he was suffering from his parents’ failure to provide the school’s needs of pamphlets and books, because ignorance was overwhelming the society at that time No one searches for the condition of his children in school, their academic level, or their school problems. Suffering accumulated on Zaki from every direction until he left his school. He suffered a lot from poverty and mistreatment, and went to work in the street. Every day he took rice and pasta and went to sell in the street opposite his school. which he was studying and left
Zaki used to go every day in the morning at the time of school until he was able to sell rice and pasta to the students outside the school in front of the door, and he was looking at his colleagues while he was sad for himself because he had left his school and now he was selling food to them. He suffered from it a lot, which forced him to give up his education and his right to ambition. He used to repeat that every day, going in front of the school and selling rice and pasta, and returning to his mother and giving her the money with which he sold the food.
Zaki grew up and reached the stage of youth, and he learned the carpentry profession from his older cousin, and his name was Abdo. He was gentle in dealing with him, kind-hearted, and he took what he learned as a profession for him and became a carpenter. Their father, Ahmed, works as a soldier in the police, and they are also from the same family. They used to live in Luxor, and his aunt had died a long time during childbirth since he was a small child. His aunt’s husband kept raising his five children, Jaber, Salah, Roayat, Souad, and Thuraya, 12 years after their mother’s death, on his own, moving from the city. Luxor to other cities in Egypt to reside, as his work was not fixed, he had to move always, and they used to come on a visit and vacation to the city of Maragheh, Al-Najajra Street, the headquarters of the large family, in which Zaki resides, then they move again to Luxor, and Zaki saw a rich man and dreamed of her being his wife for him
But Soraya never loved Zaki, but she used to see him as less than her in the social and material level, so she saw herself as the daughter of the military man, and he was the son of the poor man who did not suit her, and she dreamed of another dream boy. She loved her cousin, and he was called Fouad
Fouad was kind-hearted, and he loved Soraya very much, and he also dreamed of her as his wife
Every time Soraya and her family came to the place on vacation to the city, every year, Zaki's heart and Fouad's heart fluttered because of Soraya's presence. At this time, Soraya's father married his new wife, Atiyat, and she came to the house to stay with them. Atiyat, their stepmother, treated her husband's children badly, forcing them to work The household rebuked them, insulted them, and fabricated things for them that they did not commit in front of their father. She used to neglect them and they went to school without eating breakfast, and she used to hide the eggs that the chickens laid so that they would not eat.
